How can I find out what is on sale at my local supermarket?

Why won't my grocery coupons print?
If you're experiencing problems printing coupons there may be a few reasons:
- You don't have a printer or your printer isn't turned on.
You must have a printer - and it must be turned on, loaded with paper, and have enough toner, etc. - in order for coupons to print. If your printer is a multi-function device (print, fax, copy, scan) please make sure the default printer is the print function, not the fax function.
- You may not have permission to download programs on your computer or you are using software that blocks the installation.
If you are trying to print coupons at work or from a computer at a library, Internet cafe or university, you may not have permission to download and install programs onto the computer you are using. This may be true even if you've downloaded and installed other files. Contact your network administrator for more information. If you have a home computer, you may find it easier to access our coupons there.
You might also be running software that prevents installation on your computer. Please make sure to turn off any anti-virus software or any anti-spyware or adware software. While we have attempted to work with most of the major publishers of such software to ensure that our Coupon Printer is not blocked, there may be programs that block the installation, or put up a warning that you are about to install a program. You should choose to allow the installation.
- The security settings in your browser are set too high.
If you receive warnings or errors that an attempt to install an ActiveX control (Internet Explorer) or a plugin was blocked, or are asked for permission to install a program, you may need to change your browser's security settings to allow installation of these types of controls. Also, make sure to click the appropriate buttons in any dialog boxes that appear to allow the installation. Modern browsers make you jump through a few hoops to install plugins, but it's worth it!
- Your browser or operating system is incompatible.
Our coupon printing technology may not work with older browsers. Coupon printing is supported on Windows Operating Systems 2000, XP, Windows 7 and Vista when used with FireFox 2.0+, and Internet Explorer 6+. Coupon printing is also supported on Macintosh on Macs running OSX 10.4 (Tiger) or 10.5 (Leopard), and using Apple's Safari 2.0+ browser. For users experiencing issues printing coupons with AOL's web browser, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox instead.
- Your Internet Cookies have become Corrupted.
Extended online browsing may cause your temporary cookie files to corrupt and prevent you from printing coupons. For instructions on how to clear all cookies on your computer click here.
- If you are still experiencing issues you can contact us directly.
I can't find my coupon?
The coupon may have expired. Some of the coupons that SupermarketCoupons.com gets may only be available for a short time period (such as a couple of days). If you see a coupon you want, it's a good idea to print or save it.
How can I find out what products are on sale so I can maximize my savings?
Combining coupons with items on sale is a great way to save money. To find the best sales matched with the best coupons every week saving over 50% at your local supermarket, try Savings Angel.
Why do some coupons seem to disappear after I use them?
Some SupermarketCoupons.com coupons are limited in the number of times they can be downloaded by each individual. If you have already downloaded the coupon the maximum number of times (usually 2), it will no longer be available for additional downloads. Coupons that are limited have specific instructions letting you know the maximum number of times you can redeem them.
Why is my supermarket not accepting grocery coupons printed from SupermarketCoupons.com?
There are very few stores with a corporate policy to turn down Internet coupons. If you are encountering another store that will not take the coupons, it is likely due to the individual store manager's decision. We recommend that you fill out an in-store complaint as they are preventing you from saving money.
How do Save to Card Coupons work?
The coupon gets loaded directly to your Store or Loyalty card. When you checkout at the supermarket, you hand over or scan your Store or Loyalty card. The checkout system will automatically check to see what coupons you have loaded on the card. If you make a purchase with a coupon that matches, the coupon will be applied. For example, if you loaded a coupon for 50 cents off a 2-liter of Pepsi, during checkout process the clerk will scan your card and if you purchase a 2-liter of Pepsi, the cash register will see the coupon and 50 cents will be taken off.
To use, you must register your shopping card, so the coupons can be associated with your card. Please note that most coupons can only be used once. Once you use them, they are taken off your card. Also note that the coupons have expiration date and will eventually be removed from your card if you don't use them.
Save to Card coupons are typically valid at a specific store. For example, the coupon may be 50 cents off Pepsi at Safeway. To use this coupon, you will need to register your Safeway card and then make the purchase the Pepsi at Safeway. If you purchase the Pepsi at a different store, you will not get the savings. Save to Card coupons are the newest types of coupon, so not all stores participate but more are being added each week.
I can't save the coupons to my store card?
Make sure the coupon is valid for the store card you are trying to use. For example if the coupon is for savings at A & P, then you need to have an A & P card.
I don't have a store card?
You can get a store card at most store website. Or you can go in to a store and fill out a application to get it. There are a few stores like Whole Foods that don't offer store or loyalty cards.
Can I combine store card coupons with printable coupons?
That depends on the store and the coupon. In many cases you can. We always recommend trying unless it specifically says not too. You have nothing to lose and money to gain.
Can I use printable coupons when I get groceries shipped or delivered to my house?
This tends to vary by store. In most cases where groceries are delivered (such as Peapod) you can hand your coupons to the delivery person. For shipped groceries, most stores do not accept printable coupons. Your best bet is to check with the individual store.
